Hey, I’m Maiko, the creator of this program.

7 years ago, I was racking my brain out… I just couldn't figure out why I wasn’t happy with my consulting business.

I had retainer clients who allowed me to use my strategic frameworks to optimize their businesses. But at times, I felt like I was still freelancing & not running my own business.

Phase 1: Exploration

The first 3 weeks are allocated to fully mastering the Niche Identifier Tool, which is the core framework you will use for the entire program.

During the Exploration phase, you will dive deep into identifying your (undeniably) profitable niche. You are going to explore the simplest way to describe your niche using the framework.

During week 4, you will brainstorm 3 service offer ideas that are all aligned with your newly identified niche.

Phase 2: Validation

During the Validation phase, you will start by choosing 1 out of the 3 service offer ideas you came up with during phase 1.

This will be the service offer that you are going to validate using the Define + Refine Your Profitable Niche methods during weeks 6 through 8.

The goal of this phase is simple. You are going to introduce your new service offer to potential clients and sell it using the Define + Refine Your Profitable Niche sales process.

Phase 3: Evaluation

Week 9 is allocated to conducting deep analysis using all the data you gathered during weeks 6 through 8.

  • Once you enroll, you will gain access to a portion of the materials to get started right away through the e-learning portal called Teachable. There’s no steep learning curve for using the portal. No need to worry about the details until you enroll as we are here to guide you through everything.

  • You will have full access to the program including the community page after it is over. You can log back in anytime with the 3 exceptions:
